✅Try my version of Chicken and Pork ADOBO🤎

Ingredients:
• 1 kilogram chicken leg quarters
• 400g pork
• 8 cloves garlic
• 1 ½ tbsp sugar
• 1 ½ cups water
• ½ cup soy sauce
• ½ cup vinegar
• cooking oil
• 3 bay leaves
• 3 medium potatoes
• ground black pepper
• 3 red chilies, optional

Methods:
Marinate the pork and chicken in soy sauce and ground black pepper for 1 hour. Separate the marinade sauce and set aside.

In a heated pan with oil, fry the potatoes until light brown. Remove from pan. Fry the the pork and chicken until almost tender. Remove from pan.

In the same pan with a little oil, saute the garlic until brown. Saute the bay leaves for a few seconds. Return the fried pork and chicken. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Then add the marinade sauce. Let it simmer until absorbed.

Add vinegar, simmer for 3 minutes without stirring. Add water, sugar and chilies, bring to a simmer until the meat are tender. Add the fried potatoes and continue cooking until the sauce is reduced.
