Preheat to 170ยฐC (340ยฐF) and grease a loaf pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, sugar, and brown sugar.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter (or oil), milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine:
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients โ do not overmix.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake:
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
Bake 40โ50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs (not completely dry).
Prepare Hot Fudge Topping:
Heat cream and butter until hot (not boiling).
Pour over dark chocolate chips and stir until smooth and glossy.
Serve:
Drizzle warm fudge generously over the baked brownie bread.
Let set slightly before slicing.
