🥕 Carrot Cake Roll Recipe

Ingredients

For the cake:

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp salt

3 large eggs

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups finely grated carrots

For the filling (cream cheese frosting):

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional topping:

Extra cream cheese frosting

Shredded carrots or chopped nuts for garnish
