Toss beef strips with cornstarch and black pepper until evenly coated.
Cook the Beef:

Combine & Finish:
Return the beef to the pan and toss everything together, coating the beef and vegetables in the glossy, flavorful sauce.
Cook 1–2 minutes more until heated through.
