Ingredients
⢠3 to 4 lb chuck roast
⢠2 tbsp oil
⢠1 large onion, sliced
⢠3 carrots, chopped
⢠4 cloves garlic, minced
⢠3 cups beef broth
⢠2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
⢠2 tbsp flour or cornstarch slurry
⢠Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning, to taste
Instructions
1. Season the chuck roast generously on all sides with Chef Bae Seasoning.
2. Heat oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
3. Sear the roast on all sides until deeply browned, then remove and set aside.
4. Add onions and carrots to the pot and cook until softened.
5. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
6. Return roast to the pot and add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
7. Cover and simmer on low for 3 to 4 hours until fork-tender.
8. Shred the meat in the pot and thicken gravy if needed. Taste and adjust seasoning.![]()

Slow-Stewed Green Cabbage
Ingredients
⢠1 large head green cabbage, chopped
⢠2 tbsp butter
⢠1 small onion, sliced
⢠1 cup chicken broth
⢠Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning, to taste
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add onions and cook until soft.
3. Add cabbage and toss well.
4. Season generously with Chef Bae Seasoning.
5. Pour in broth, cover, and simmer 45 to 60 minutes until silky and tender
