  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about ½ a lemon)

  • 1 tsp raw honey (or to taste)

  • A pinch of freshly cracked black pepper

  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves

  • 30 ml aloe vera juice (optional, for extra elasticity)

Instructions:

  1. Infuse the Spices: In a small saucepan, bring the water to a gentle boil. Add the crushed cloves, ginger, and turmeric. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes to allow the beneficial compounds to steep into the water.

  2. Cool Slightly: Turn off the heat and let the infusion sit for 2 minutes. This prevents the next ingredients from being damaged by extreme heat.
