Ingredients:

  • 300 g self-rising flour (if using regular flour, add baking powder)

  • 250 g brown sugar

  • 150 g baking chocolate

  • 200 g butter

  • Juice of 2 oranges

  • 150 g heavy cream (35% fat)

  • 2 large eggs

  • Zest of 2 oranges
