Ingredients
1 medium Onion (chopped)
2 tbsp Fenugreek seeds (Methi)
1 cup Coconut oil (or mustard oil)
A handful Curry leaves
How to Make
Heat oil on low flame.
Add chopped onion and sauté until slightly brown.
Add fenugreek seeds and curry leaves.
Cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes.
Switch off heat and let it cool.
Strain the oil and store in a clean bottle.
How to Use
Apply oil to scalp and hair roots.
Massage gently for 5 minutes.
Leave for 1–2 hours or overnight.
Wash with mild shampoo.
Use 2–3 times a week.
