Steak with Mashed Potatoes & Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients:
Steak
• 1½–2 lbs steak (ribeye, sirloin, or NY strip)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1½ tsp Chef Bae Seasoning
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 1 yellow onion, sliced
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Mashed Potatoes
• 2 lbs russet or Yukon gold potatoes, peeled & cubed
• 4 tbsp butter
• ½–¾ cup warm milk or heavy cream
• 1 tsp Chef Bae Seasoning
• Black pepper to taste

Gravy
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1½ cups beef broth
• ½ tsp Chef Bae Seasoning
• Black pepper to taste

Green Beans
• 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
• 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
• 1 tsp Chef Bae Seasoning
• ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions:
Mashed Potatoes
1. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (15–20 minutes).
2. Drain and mash with butter and warm milk.
3. Season with Chef Bae Seasoning and black pepper.
4. Set aside and keep warm.

Gravy
1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
3. Slowly whisk in beef broth until smooth.
4. Season with Chef Bae Seasoning and black pepper.
5. Simmer until thick and pourable.

Steak, Onions & Mushrooms
1. Pat steak dry and season both sides with Chef Bae Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Sear steak 3–5 minutes per side (depending on thickness).
4. Remove steak and let rest.
5. In the same pan, sauté onions and mushrooms until soft and golden.
6. Add Worcestershire sauce if using.
7. Slice steak and spoon onions and mushrooms over the top.

Green Beans
1. Heat butter or oil in a skillet.
2. Add green beans and sauté 6–8 minutes until tender-crisp.
3. Season with Chef Bae Seasoning and garlic powder.e
