Ingredients:
• 3–4 lb chuck roast
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1½ tsp Chef Bae Seasoning
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 packet onion soup mix (optional but good)
• 2 cups beef broth
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thicker gravy)
Instructions:
1. Pat roast dry and season all sides with Chef Bae Seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder.
2. Heat oil in a pot or Dutch oven. Sear roast on all sides until browned.
3. Add beef broth, Worcestershire, and onion soup mix.
4. Cover and cook low & slow:
• Oven: 300°F for 3–3½ hours
• OR Slow cooker: LOW for 8 hours
5. Shred roast gently. If you want thicker gravy, stir in cornstarch slurry and simmer 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
• 2½ lbs russet or Yukon gold potatoes
• 4 tbsp butter
• ½–¾ cup warm milk or cream
