Golden Southern Fried Chicken
Ingredients
• 2 chicken pieces (1 drumstick, 1 thigh)
• 1½ tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp paprika
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup cornstarch
• Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Season chicken generously with Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Soak chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes (overnight if you have time).
3. Mix flour and cornstarch together. Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge well, pressing flour into the skin for that crispy texture.
4. Fry in 350°F oil until golden brown and crispy, about 12–15 minutes, flipping as needed.

• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup shredded mozzarella
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk

• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Melt butter and stir in cream, milk, seasoning, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Fold cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce, then add most of the cheese.
