Ingredients
• 4 bone-in pork chops
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• 1 tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp paprika
• Oil for frying
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1½ cups chicken broth
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Season pork chops generously with Chef Bae seasoning.
2. Mix flour, pepper, and paprika. Dredge pork chops well.
3. Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan, drain excess oil leaving about 2 tbsp. Add butter.
5. Whisk in flour and cook until smooth and light brown.
6. Slowly whisk in chicken broth until gravy is silky and lump-free.
7. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
