🥩 Tender Pot Roast Over Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
Ingredients
• 2½–3 lb chuck roast
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 3 carrots, chopped
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
1. Season the chuck roast generously on all sides with Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven or heavy pot over medium-high heat and sear the roast on both sides until browned.
3. Remove the roast and sauté onions and carrots until fragrant.
4. Place the roast back into the pot, add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
5. Cover and cook low and slow at 300°F for about 3 hours, or until fork tender.
6. Pull or slice the roast and serve over mashed potatoes with gravy from the pot.

Ingredients
• 3 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
• ½ cup butter
• ¾ cup warm milk
• 1 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions
1. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender.
2. Drain and mash with butter and warm milk until smooth.
3. Season with Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning, salt, and pepper.
4. Spoon gravy over the potatoes before adding the pot roast.

Ingredients
• 2 cups green beans
• 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
• ½ tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• Optional: pinch of garlic powder

Instructions
1. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add green beans and sauté until tender with a light sheen.
3. Season with Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning and garlic powder if using.

• 1 cup milk
• 2 large eggs
• ⅓ cup melted butter
• Butter for brushing

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a muffin pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning.
3. In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, and melted butter.
4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until mixed.
5. Divide batter evenly into the muffin pan.
