Chef Bae Salmon Bites
Ingredients
• 1½ lbs salmon, cut into large bite-size cubes
• 1½ tbsp olive oil
• 1½ tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Black pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp butter
• Fresh parsley, finely chopped (light sprinkle)
Instructions
1. Pat salmon dry and place in a bowl.
2. Toss with olive oil, Chef Bae seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add salmon cubes in a single layer and sear 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
5. Add butter, gently toss to coat, then remove from heat.
6. Finish with a light sprinkle of parsley.![]()

Buttery Charred Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
• 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
• 1½ tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• ¾ tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.
2. Place Brussels sprouts cut-side down in a single layer.
3. Let them cook undisturbed 3–4 minutes until deeply charred.
4. Flip, add butter and Chef Bae seasoning, and cook another 2–3 minutes.

Simple Side Salad
Ingredients
• Iceberg lettuce, chopped
• Cherry tomatoes, halved
• A small handful of shredded cheese
• Dressing of choice (optional)
