Ingredients
• 1 lb spaghetti noodles
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 green bell pepper, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 jar marinara or meat sauce
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1½ tbsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Boil spaghetti in salted water until just al dente. Drain and toss with butter.
2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.
3. Season with Chef Bae seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and sugar. Stir in sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
4. Add spaghetti to the meat sauce and toss until fully coated.
5. Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until bubbly, melted, and lightly golden.![]()

Crispy Fried Fish
Ingredients
• 4 fish fillets (whiting, tilapia, or catfish)
• 1 cup yellow cornmeal
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 1½ tbsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• 1 tsp paprika
• Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Season fish fillets generously with Chef Bae seasoning.
2. In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, paprika, and additional Chef Bae seasoning.
3. Dredge fish in the seasoned coating, pressing it on well.
4. Fry in 350°F oil for 3–4 minutes per side until deep golden brown and crispy.
5. Drain on paper towels.
