- Cook the Tortellini: Prepare tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Combine: Add cooked tortellini to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Top with sliced grilled chicken. 
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and extra cheese, if desired. Serve warm.
