Bacon-Wrapped Juicy Meatloaf

  1. Prepare the Meatloaf: In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, minced onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. Shape and Wrap: Form mixture into a loaf shape on a lined baking sheet or loaf pan. Lay bacon strips over the top, slightly overlapping to cover the meatloaf. Brush with extra ketchup or BBQ sauce if desired.
