Blueberry Cobbler – Sweet, Juicy, and Comforting

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

  • Prepare Blueberries:

    • In a bowl, toss blueberries with sugar and lemon juice. Pour into the prepared baking dish.

  • Make the Topping:

    • In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and melted butter (and optional cinnamon or vanilla) until smooth.

  • Assemble & Bake:

    • Spoon the batter over the blueberries in dollops.

    • Bake for 40–45 minutes, until the topping is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  • Serve:

    • Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, especially with a scoop of ice cream!
