Dissolve instant coffee in a small amount of hot water.
Soak the Cookies:
Quickly dip each cookie into the coffee, ensuring it’s coated but not soggy.
Arrange a layer of coffee-soaked cookies in the bottom of a serving dish.
Make the Cream Layer:
In a bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
Layer the Dessert:
Repeat layers of coffee-dipped cookies and cream until the dish is filled.
Finish with a layer of cream on top.
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight, to allow it to set.
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings before serving, if desired.
