- Dissolve instant coffee in a small amount of hot water. 
Soak the Cookies:
- Quickly dip each cookie into the coffee, ensuring it’s coated but not soggy. 
- Arrange a layer of coffee-soaked cookies in the bottom of a serving dish. 
Make the Cream Layer:
- In a bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth. 
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the cookies. 
Layer the Dessert:
- Repeat layers of coffee-dipped cookies and cream until the dish is filled. 
- Finish with a layer of cream on top. 
Chill:
- Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight, to allow it to set. 
Garnish & Serve:
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings before serving, if desired.
