- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray. 
Step 2: Prepare the Chicken Breasts
- If chicken breasts are thick, slice them horizontally to create thinner pieces for even baking. 
- Season both sides with salt and pepper. 
Step 3: Make the Filling
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix until smooth and well combined. 
Step 4: Fill the Chicken
- Spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture on each chicken breast. 
- Roll the chicken tightly to enclose the filling. 
- Optional: Roll the chicken in breadcrumbs for a crispier texture. 
Step 5: Sear the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 
- Sear chicken rolls for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown. 
Step 6: Bake the Chicken Roll-Ups
- Transfer the seared chicken rolls to the prepared baking dish. 
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the cheese is bubbly. 
Step 7: Garnish and Serve
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. 
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving. 
- Serve with vegetables or over rice for a complete meal.
