Optional: Roll the chicken in breadcrumbs for a crispier texture.
Step 5: Sear the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sear chicken rolls for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 6: Bake the Chicken Roll-Ups
Transfer the seared chicken rolls to the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the cheese is bubbly.
Step 7: Garnish and Serve
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with vegetables or over rice for a complete meal.
