Ingredients
• 6–8 chicken wings
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Soak chicken wings in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes (overnight is even better).
2. In a bowl, mix flour, Chef Bae seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Remove wings from buttermilk and dredge well in seasoned flour.
4. Heat oil to 350°F and fry wings until golden brown and crispy, about 10–12 minutes.

Ingredients

Soft & Fluffy Cheddar Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
• 4 large eggs
• 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
• ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
• Fresh cracked black pepper
• Butter for the pan
Instructions
1. Whisk eggs and milk together until smooth.
2. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over low heat.
3. Pour in eggs and cook slowly, gently folding as they set.
4. When eggs are just barely cooked, fold in cheddar cheese.
