Golden Pancakes
Ingredients
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• 3½ tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1¼ cups milk
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• Butter or oil for the pan
• Warm pancake syrup, for serving
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
2. Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix just until combined (don’t overmix).
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly butter it.
4. Pour batter to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden.
5. Stack 3 pancakes and generously pour warm syrup over the top so it runs down the sides.![]()

Cheesy Soft Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
• 3 large eggs
• 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
• ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Colby-Jack works best)
• 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Whisk eggs and milk, until smooth.
