🥩 Juicy Pan-Seared Steak
Ingredients
• 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
• 1½ tbsp oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1–1½ tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• Black pepper to taste
• Optional garlic cloves or garlic butter for basting

Instructions
1. Let steak sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes and pat dry.
2. Season both sides generously with Chef Bae seasoning and black pepper.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
4. Add steak and sear 3–4 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
5. Add butter and baste steak with pan juices for extra flavor.
6. Remove from skillet and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Ingredients
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 1½ tbsp olive oil
• ½–1 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• Crushed red pepper optional

Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.
2. Add broccoli in an even layer and let cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes.
3. Toss and continue cooking until edges are charred and tender.
4. Season with Chef Bae seasoning and crushed red pepper if using.
5. Toss well and remove from heat.

🥔 Loaded Baked Potato
Ingredients
• 2 large russet potatoes
• Olive oil
• ½–1 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• Butter
• Optional toppings: sour cream, cheese, chives

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Scrub potatoes, pat dry, rub with oil, and season with Chef Bae seasoning.
3. Bake directly on oven rack or baking sheet for 50–60 minutes until tender.
4. Slice open, fluff inside with a fork, and add butter and toppings.
