Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Bars

Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter
Directions:
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter and butter together, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and powdered sugar until fully combined.
Fold in graham cracker crumbs until a thick, even mixture forms.
Press the peanut butter mixture firmly into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer and spread gently.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until fully set.
Slice into bars or squares before serving.
