1. Prepare the Steak
Tenderize the cube steaks and season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
2. Coat the Steak
Dip each steak into the egg mixture, then dredge thoroughly in the flour mixture, pressing to coat.
3. Fry the Steak
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and keep warm.
4. Make the Gravy
In the same skillet, whisk ¼ cup flour into the leftover oil.
Slowly add 2 cups of milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve
