Classic Poolside Creamy Spinach Dip

1. Prepare the Spinach

  • Thaw the frozen chopped spinach and squeeze out excess water using a kitchen towel or paper towels.

2. Mix the Ingredients

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the drained spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, dry vegetable soup mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Mix until fully combined and smooth.

3. Chill the Dip

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

4. Serve

  • Stir the dip before serving and transfer it to a serving bowl.

  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.

  • Serve with a variety of dippables: carrot sticks, celery, bell pepper slices, cucumber slices, crackers, tortilla chips, or bread slices.
