Classic Salisbury Steak Recipe

🥩 Juicy Salisbury Steak with Brown Gravy
Ingredients
• 1½ lbs ground beef (80/20)
• 1½ tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 1 egg
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp oil

For the Gravy
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, Chef Bae seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, egg, breadcrumbs, and Worcestershire.
2. Form into thick oval patties.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear patties 3–4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add beef broth.
5. Season gravy with Chef Bae seasoning and black pepper.
6. Return patties to the skillet, cover, and simmer 10–15 minutes until tender and juicy.

Ingredients
• 2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled & cubed
• ½ cup warm milk
• 4 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• Salt (if needed)

Instructions
1. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender.
2. Drain and mash with butter and warm milk.
3. Season with Chef Bae seasoning.
4. Spoon gravy over the top when serving.

• 1 lb fresh green beans

Instructions
1. Steam or boil green beans just until tender.
2. Toss with butter and Chef Bae seasoning.
3. Keep them bright, buttery, and clean — no extra specks.
