Cold Pasta Salad with Veggies, Cheese, and Ham

Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, ham, cheese, red onion, black olives, and fresh basil.

3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.

4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetable mixture, tossing gently to coat everything evenly.

5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

6. Just before serving, give the salad a good stir and adjust the seasoning if needed. If the salad seems a bit dry, drizzle some additional olive oil over the top.
