  • 500 ml milk

  • 100 g sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 40 g 00 flour

  • 20 g corn starch

  • Lemon zest, to taste

  • 1 vanilla pod (or 1 tsp extract)

For the Filling

  • 100 g raisins (soaked in hot water or rum)

  • Icing sugar, for decoration (optional)

1. Prepare the Dough
