Shrimp Alfredo
• 12 oz fettuccine pasta
• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp Cajun seasoning (optional)
• 1 tsp Chef Bae Seasoning
• Salt & black pepper, to taste

Alfredo Sauce
• 4 tbsp butter
• 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1½ cups heavy cream
• 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp Chef Bae Seasoning
• Salt & black pepper, to taste

Buttery Seasoned Broccoli
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 2 tbsp butter
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp Chef Bae Seasoning
• Salt & black pepper, to taste
• Optional: squeeze of lemon or pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions:
Cook fettuccine in well-salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Season shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, Cajun seasoning, Chef Bae Seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink, juicy, and lightly golden. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, Chef Bae Seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat well. Top with shrimp.

For the broccoli, steam or boil florets until just tender and bright green. Drain well, then toss with butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Chef Bae Seasoning, salt, and pepper until glossy and flavorful. Finish with lemon juice or red pepper flakes if using.

Serve creamy Alfredo topped with juicy shrimp and buttery seasoned broccoli on the side.
