Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes: Golden, Flavorful, and Perfectly Seasoned

  • Prepare the Potatoes:
    In a large bowl, combine halved potatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

  • Cook the Potatoes:

    • Oven: Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

    • Air Fryer: Cook in a single layer for 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
