Ingredients
For the Chicken:
1 lb (450 g) boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cornstarch or all-purpose flour

For the Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece ginger, grated
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
1 tsp garam masala
Salt, to taste
