Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch or all-purpose flour

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated

  • 1 cup tomato puree

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • Salt, to taste
