Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the crockpot. Optional: lay a sheet of foil under the corn to promote even cooking.
Assemble Corn:
Place corn in the crockpot. Scatter butter pieces on top. Sprinkle dried onion, salt, pepper, parsley, and any optional seasonings over the corn.
Optional Vegetables:
If using baby potatoes or carrots, place them under the corn. You can season these separately with your preferred spices.
Cook:
Cover and cook on High for 3 hours (or Low for 5–6 hours) until the corn is tender and juicy.
Serve:
Remove from the crockpot carefully. Serve warm with extra butter if desired.
