Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the warm milk, sugar, and baking powder. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until it becomes foamy.
Add the all-purpose flour, salt, butter, and egg to the yeast mixture. Mix everything well until you form a smooth dough.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes elastic and smooth.
Divide the dough into small, even-sized balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Cover the dough balls with a clean cloth and let them rest for about 30 minutes or until they double in size. Once they rise, brush the tops with milk.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake the rolls for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let cool, and serve warm.
