Easy Sheet Pan Beef Kabobs with Tahini & Sumac Salad

  • 1/3 cup tahini

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 garlic clove, grated

  • 1/4 cup cold water (adjust for desired consistency)

  • Salt, to taste

For the Salad:

  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tbsp sumac

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

To Serve:

  • Lavash or pita bread
