- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or sausage with chopped onion and garlic. 
- Drain excess fat, then stir in tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5β10 minutes. 
Layer the Lasagne:
- In the slow cooker, spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom. 
- Add a layer of noodles, then a layer of ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and more meat sauce. 
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a generous layer of cheese on top. 
Cook:
- Cover and cook on Low for 4β5 hours or High for 2β3 hours, until noodles are tender and cheese is bubbly and melted. 
Rest & Serve:
- Let the lasagne rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
