Easy Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork: Tender, Juicy, and Flavor-Packed

  1. Season the Pork: Rub the pork generously with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, brown sugar, and chili powder.

  2. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place sliced onions and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker. Lay the seasoned pork on top.

  3. Add Liquids: Pour in apple cider vinegar and drizzle with barbecue sauce.

  4. Cook: Cover and cook on Low for 8–10 hours or High for 4–5 hours, until the pork is fall-apart tender.
