Garlic Butter Salmon
Ingredients
• 2 salmon fillets
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp Chef Bae Seasoning
• Lemon juice (optional)
• Chopped parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Pat salmon dry and season generously with Chef Bae Seasoning.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Place salmon skin-side down and sear 4–5 minutes.
4. Flip, add butter and garlic, and spoon the butter over the fish.
5. Cook another 3–4 minutes until flaky.
6. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and parsley if desired.![]()

Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
• 3–4 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 3 tbsp butter
• ¼–½ cup warm milk or cream
