In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onion until fully cooked.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder or paprika.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then stir in shredded cheese.
2. Assemble the Bombs
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Flatten each biscuit or dough portion into a small circle.
Spoon a generous amount of cheeseburger filling onto the center of each circle.
Fold the dough around the filling, pinching edges tightly to seal.
3. Add Garlic Parmesan Topping
Mix melted butter with minced garlic.
Brush the tops of each dough ball with the garlic butter.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
4. Bake
Place cheeseburger bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
