1 medium cucumber (organic preferred)

Instructions
Wash cucumber thoroughly (with peel).
Slice into thin rounds or half‑moons.
Add cucumber slices (and optional mint/lemon/ginger) to the water in a pitcher.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1‑2 hours (or overnight) to infuse.
In the morning: pour ~250‑400 ml (1–2 glasses) and drink first thing after waking (before or with breakfast).
Keep pitcher on your desk/kitchen counter so you sip more throughout the day.
Refill water once or twice a day with fresh cucumber slices. Replace every 24 hours for best taste.
Frequency
