Low Carb Bagel Pinwheels

  1. Prepare the Filling:

    • In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.

  2. Assemble the Tortillas:

    • Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.

    • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across each tortilla, right to the edges.

    • Sprinkle generously with Everything Bagel seasoning.

  3. Roll and Brown:

    • Roll up each tortilla tightly.

    • Lightly spray a skillet with butter spray and heat over medium.

    • Brown the rolls on all sides for 2–3 minutes per side, until lightly golden.
