- Preheat Oven & Prepare Dish: 
 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Cook the Beef: 
 In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
 Add taco seasoning and water, cooking for 2 minutes until well combined.
- Mix the Cheese Filling: 
 In a medium bowl, combine drained tomatoes, nacho cheese soup, sour cream, and the cooked beef. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Assemble the Lasagna: - Place 3 tortillas in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. 
- Spread 1/3 of the meat mixture over the tortillas. 
- Repeat layers, finishing with a top layer of tortillas. 
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese evenly over the top. 
 
- Bake: 
 Bake for 20 minutes, or until hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: 
 Slice and serve with optional guacamole, chopped cilantro, and extra sour cream for garnish.
