In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded cheese and your choice of optional fillings.Assemble:
Pour the egg mixture into prepared mini cups, filling about ¾ full.Bake:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake quiches for 18–22 minutes, or until the filling is set and tops are lightly golden.Serve:
