Pickle Pasta Salad


Boil rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

  • Prepare Dressing:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dill pickle juice, and dry ranch dressing mix. Stir until smooth.

  • Combine Ingredients:
    Add cooled pasta, chopped dill, cubed cheddar cheese, and chopped pickles to the dressing. Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.

  • Season:
    Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

  • Chill:
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow flavors to meld before serving.
