Rolled Sugar Cookies:

2 cups powdered sugar, 2-4 tablespoons milk (start with two and add more as needed for consistency), 1 tablespoon honey or light corn syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix together until you get the right thickness for spreading. Add milk or powdered sugar as needed. You’ll want it to be fairly thick so it doesn’t drip off cookie. Divide the icing and add food coloring as desired.
