  1. In a bowl, combine flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. Form the mixture into small patties.

2️⃣ Cook the Croquettes:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Fry patties 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

  3. Drain on paper towels.

3️⃣ Prepare the Biscuits:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  4. Stir in milk just until dough comes together.

  5. Roll out dough and cut into rounds. Place on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
