Sausage, Potato, and Asparagus Casserole 🥔🌿🍽️

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cook Sausage & Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté sausage until lightly browned. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.

  3. Prepare Casserole: In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage mixture, chopped potatoes, asparagus, shredded cheese, broth, and cream. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Bake: Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
