Ingredients:
2 medium carrots – rich in beta-carotene (Vitamin A)
1 peeled lemon – high in Vitamin C
1-inch fresh ginger – anti-inflammatory, boosts circulation
1 cup water
Instructions:
Wash carrots and ginger; peel lemon.
Chop carrots into small pieces.
Blend carrots, lemon, ginger, and water until smooth.
Strain if desired.
Drink fresh, ideally first thing in the morning.
Tip: Add a teaspoon of honey if needed. Drink daily for best results.
