In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until fully browned.
Drain any excess grease.
In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage with softened cream cheese until smooth and well mixed.
2. Assemble the Crescents
Preheat oven according to crescent dough package instructions.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Spoon a portion of the sausage and cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, sealing the filling inside.
3. Bake
Place the filled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake according to package instructions, usually 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
4. Serve
