Slow Cooker Korean Beef


Place the beef in the slow cooker, spreading it evenly.

  • Make the Sauce:
    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Pour the mixture over the beef, ensuring it’s well-coated.

  • Cook:
    Cover and cook on Low for 7–8 hours or High for 4 hours, until the beef is tender and flavorful.

  • Add Freshness:
    About 30 minutes before serving, stir in chopped green onions for a burst of color and flavor.

  • Serve:
    Spoon the tender Korean beef over steamed rice or noodles. Garnish with additional green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
